If the machine still prompts an error, it is recommended to check the powder feeding problem of the machine. Usually, the agglomeration caused by the poor fluidity of the toner or the abnormality of the toner supply motor leads to the abnormal toner supply and the blockage of the lower toner channel, which will cause this error.
3. The machine prompts an error: 0410, E025
The error codes 0410 and E025 are all caused by the inability of the machine to discharge powder. It is recommended to shake the black powder container more or turn the machine on and off several times to warm up.
4. The machine prompts an error: replace the yellow toner cartridge
If it is reported to be replaced, it means that the chip has been recognized. If the chip is not recognized, it is reported that the machine is not original and the toner cartridge is faulty. It is recommended to check whether the port of the toner cartridge is blocked or not. You can press "I agree" on the screen. If it continues to prompt to replace the toner cartridge, it is the problem of powder feeding. It is recommended to shake the toner cartridge more often and switch the machine several times to warm up.
5. The machine prompts an error: the wrong toner cartridge with the item number is inserted, red
It is judged that the error is caused by the machine not being able to discharge powder normally. Press "I agree" on the screen, and then it is recommended to check the powder outlet of the machine and shake the powder container several times to open and close the lid to test the chip.
6. The machine prompts an error: the red powder box is not fully mixed
After removing the compatible chip, press "I agree" on the screen. If the machine displays the same error, it is determined to be a problem of powder loading. It is recommended to check the powder loading situation of the machine.
7. After the chip is installed on the machine, add toner after preheating the machine and report: E000025-0468
The error code is actually [No Black Toner Detected], which is caused by the failure of the machine to discharge toner. It is recommended to shake the black toner cartridge or turn on the machine several times to warm up.
8. The machine prompts an error: the black toner cartridge may not be fully shaken. Check whether the toner port is blocked. Press "I agree" on the screen to determine whether it is a chip problem or a powder problem.
