Printing Tips | Reasons for Printing Blank Pages After Adding Toner
Regeneration Times Report / When many people use up toner cartridges for laser printers, they will choose to refill toner, which can save office costs. However, sometimes the toner cartridge will be blank after being filled with toner. What is the cause of this? How to solve it? The following is here to teach you how to solve the problem step by step.
Generally, there may be four reasons for a blank print after the toner cartridge is filled with toner:

01 The toner cartridge is not installed properly
Solution: After filling the toner, the pins on both sides of the toner cartridge are not installed properly, which will cause the toner cartridge not to be fully installed. We took the toner cartridge out of the printer, checked the toner cartridge assembly in detail, and then reinstalled it in the printer for a print test.

02 The protective cover of the toner cartridge could not be opened
Solution: Take out the toner cartridge and move the protective cover above the OPC of the toner cartridge by hand to see if it is flexible. If it is not flexible, please reassemble it.

03 OPC ground wire function is invalid
Solution: This is caused by the conductive pins on both sides of the OPC falling off, or too much oil on the pins. We need to see if the pins on both sides of the OPC are falling off. If so, reset the pins by hand and clean the oil on the pins and on the conductive sheets in the OPC.

04 The magnetic stick of the toner cartridge cannot be charged or has poor contact
Solution: Generally, the conductive part is not installed properly, so just remove it and reinstall it, and focus on checking the conductive sheets everywhere.
