Xaar launches Xaar Aquinox water-based printhead, revolutionizing the water-based printing market with the power of technology

Xaar Aquinox is the latest research and development achievement of Xaar's ImagineX platform. Its innovative aQ Power technology provides a new way of thinking for reliable jetting of water-based fluids, thus creating a truly disruptive industrial printing head.

Xaar aQ Power Technology is a combination of breakthrough technologies designed to optimize the longevity and stability of the Xaar Aquinox when handling water-based fluids, including a redesigned internal structure, a new type of water that can handle a wider pH range base-compatible materials, and a new drive system for optimal droplet ejection. These technologies, combined with Xaar's TF True Internal Recirculation technology, ensure that the Xaar Aquinox has a significantly increased nozzle open time compared to typical water-based printheads.

Xaar Aquinox, which integrates Xaar's unique technology, ultra-fast printing speed and compatibility with a variety of water-based fluids, will bring users an unprecedented efficient and versatile printing experience when dealing with water-based fluids. With a printing speed of more than 100 m/min, a high-definition printing resolution of 720dpi and an ignition frequency of up to 48kHz, it can achieve a large amount of fluid deposition during the printing process and maximize printing production efficiency.
