Canon releases 2 new color printers

Regeneration Times reports/Recently, Canon Singapore announced the launch of two MegaTank models, G3780 and G4780. The two models are designed for home offices and small businesses and have double-sided printing capabilities.

The two MegaTank printers are equipped with high-capacity ink tanks. A set of ink can print up to 6,000 pages of black and white documents and 7,700 pages of color documents. The printing speed is 11 pages/minute for black and white and 6 pages/minute for color. In economic mode, the black and white print volume can reach 7,600 pages and the color print volume can reach 8,100 pages. The printer is also compatible with the GI-71S low-cost ink bottle, which is suitable for users with lower printing needs.

MegaTank G3780 and G4780 support the latest WPA3 and TLS 1.3.0 standards, while allowing users to print remotely. After registering for Canon Cloud Services, users can also print documents wirelessly through smart devices, or scan documents using the Canon PRINT mobile application and store them in the cloud.

In addition, the G3780 is equipped with a 1.35-inch high-visibility LCD screen, while the G4780 is equipped with a 2.7-inch color touch screen. And equipped with easy-to-replace print heads and maintenance cartridges, maintenance time and difficulty are further reduced.
