HP printing supplies recycling program is launched
Recycled Times Report / Recently, HP launched a recycling program involving partners aimed at the recycling of ink and toner cartridges across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
HP will provide biodegradable green recycling bags to its Amplify Impact partners, which will then be distributed to customers when visiting customers through those partners. Customers can put ink and toner cartridges in these bags and have them collected by HP partners for eventual official recycling by HP.

It is reported that the recycling program is expected to cover a total of 75 countries and regions around the world. It has been implemented in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea and Australia. Thailand and New Zealand will also join later this year.
In addition, HP has partnered with One Tree Planted, a non-profit environmental organization, to plant a tree for every 30 ink or toner cartridges recycled.
