HP releases new A4 laser printer

Regeneration Times reported/On November 5, the 2024 HP Autumn Printer New Product Launch Conference and Partner Conference was held in Beijing. At this conference, HP renewed its A4 laser printing product family, introduced the Zhan series laser printers tailored for the Chinese market, and optimized and upgraded the Rui series laser printers.



HP officially revealed that from 2000 to 2023, the cumulative shipments of HP A4 laser printers have exceeded 50 million units. In response to the needs of customers of different sizes and industries, HP's A4 laser printer product matrix covers a variety of laser printers such as the Rui series, Yue series, Chuang series, Jie series, You series, Light series, and Hui series, providing more than 100 models.

At this press conference, HP upgraded its A4 laser printing family, strengthened its entry-level product "camp", and launched the Zhan series laser printers and the newly upgraded Rui series laser printers tailored for Chinese users. The Zhan series laser printers are positioned as "stable, reliable, tough and durable", focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

The core design of this product is basically the same as that of HP's classic 88A platform device.



The high-strength metal frame body design ensures that the monthly printing load of the device can reach 10,000 pages. At the same time, the device can print at a speed of up to 20 pages per minute, with an enhanced resolution of 1200dpi.

Certification by the National Computer Quality Inspection and Testing Center: The device can maintain stable operation under extreme high and low temperature conditions.

The device supports multiple connection methods such as high-speed USB, wired network, wireless network and wireless direct connection, realizing shared printing of multiple devices such as desktops, notebooks, tablets and mobile phones in the local area network. The Zhan series also comes standard with a double-line LCD display, LED status indicator and 10 shortcut keys.

Real-time monitoring, intelligent control: Through the HP SMART App, users can monitor the printer's working status and consumables in real time, print files in various formats, and the computer driver installation process is also simpler.

Ecological adaptation, support for domestic operating systems: The device supports mainstream domestic operating systems, including HarmonyOS NEXT (native Hongmeng), Tongxin, Kirin, Zhongke Fangde, etc.
