Xerox releases new copiers

Regeneration Times reported/Recently, Xerox launched the AltaLink C8200 and B8200 series multifunction copiers with integrated AI assistance functions.

The AltaLink 8200 series is equipped with Xerox's ConnectKey technology and pre-installed with artificial intelligence applications, allowing users to quickly summarize documents, convert handwritten notes, and automatically edit sensitive documents. And integrated with Xerox Adaptive Learning function, it can learn user usage habits based on artificial intelligence algorithms and adaptively adjust device settings.



In terms of security, the series integrates the security information and time management platform (SIEM) and cooperates with information security industry giants Trellix and Cisco to ensure security.

At the same time, the Altalink 8200 series supports seamless connection between mobile applications and cloud applications to improve user collaborative office efficiency. The two new products released this time will be available in mid-August, and detailed parameters have not yet been announced.

In addition, Xerox recently released its second quarter 2024 financial report. The total revenue in the second quarter of 2024 was US$1.578 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 10%, and a decrease of 9.6% at constant exchange rates; gross profit was US$520 million, a year-on-year decrease of 12.9%, and full-year revenue is expected to decrease by 5% to 6% (calculated at constant exchange rates).
